A student organization bringing music, connection, and joy to patients.

About Musicare

With partners and mentors at the Center for Social Concern and the Peabody Institute, we perform for patients at local healthcare facilities on a weekly basis. Our goal is to provide compassionate care and moment of humanity for patients in some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

Training

Musicare trains undergraduate students interested in music, health, or anything in-between to develop compassion, inter-personal skills, and artistic excellence.

Music at the Bedside

Music at the bedside isn't simply a concert - it's a research-backed intervention proven to reduce anxiety and the need for pain medication.
